Welcome! The Assemblies Website aims to provide high-quality, instant access primary and secondary school assemblies for teachers and others leading collective worship.
Our popular video assemblies on the theme of Relationships, featuring Harry and Megan, are now available to buy, keep and play as often as you like. Five complete SEAL assemblies with lively stories and reflection questions . (The previous series, on the theme of New Beginnings, is also available.)
This new collection of 42 assemblies - six assemblies for each of the seven SEAL themes - will help busy teachers to present fresh and fun assemblies that reflect the National Curriculum themes for SEAL.
For each theme, there are assemblies that are ideal for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. All the assemblies are ready to use or can serve as inspiration for experienced assembly leaders.
Who comes first? is the new theme for primary
schools from Barnabas in Schools. This explores, through the eyes of faith and
belief, values linked to the Olympic and Paralympic Games. On offer is a
creative arts-based Barnabas RE Day, a two-hour INSET and a classroom resource.
This illustrated textbook covers the syllabus for students focusing on
ethics from a Christian perspective. It provides questions, examples and
case histories to engage pupils at every stage and at every level.
Each topic includes personal stories and discussion, a glossary, an
introduction emphasizing the main points, the religious viewpoint, a
summary and revision questions.
Ethics for GCSE was published in September; we will be happy to
send you an inspection copy. More details >>
